OK I'm going to have to have a talk with my egg farm people to see if they changed their chicken feed. Had eggs over medium as the yolks broke for the 4th time this morning.

One large slice of sicilian pizza with mushrooms and sausage. I heat it, from frozen, in an electric skillet set on 300 degrees, for 15+ minutes. The crust comes out wonderfully crunchy and the cheese and toppoings come out hot and melted....I should also say that I keep the pan covered for the entire 15+ minutes. What a breakfast! Sometimes my wife will get up early on the weekend and cook us a big meal of pasta with meat sauce.....I do love those mornings!
