Every Sunday we make pancakes. No recipe.... I throw wheat germ, walnuts, whole wheat flour, egg, flaxseed meal, sesame seed, corn meal, soymilk. baking soda, olive oil, whatever else I feel like that morning in a bowl. Fry up on the griddles. We eat topped with blueberries, blackstrap molasses & maple syrup.Yummm!
Right now I am just having coffee. Later, I'll have a bowl of Special K w/slivered almonds.
