Hey Jaxson

I would experiment with freezing the tortillas just a little (so they are cold enought that they won't absorb fluid but still can be wrapped into form) and then add the mixture, then wrap tightly w/saran wrap and then individual baggie them, then place whole mess of them in a large freezer bag.

Double sausage and cheese oatcakes. Warning to vegetarians and vegans: this post contains photos of cheese and pork sausages

First, grate the cheese of your choice. This time I had Red Leicester

Spread evenly over one of the oatcakes

Grill sauages and halve; microwave the cheese-covered oatcake until not quite melted and then place the halved sausages on the cheese. For a double oatcake I like three sausages

Place the second oatcake on top and microwave for a few seconds until all is piping hot. Add sauce and eat

Breakfast is the only meal that we have eaten since we've gotten to SC on Saturday morning. This morning's breakfast was the best: scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, and sweet cream pancakes.
