Nothing, because in the observation of children I noticed that,
......they never want breakfeast......
after a while it really is (opinion) the way to go, totally natural in the
assumption that food is to be got usually with good deal of activity, before consumed.
Maybe regardless of study the body is better off "doing something"
before filling something.....ok kids lets give it a go !
