4 patties? Wow.. not sure I could eat that if I tried! lol

I like their spicy chicken sandwich (minus mayo) with fries, and a frosty!

I've pretty much lost my taste for Wendys, but when I was young I liked the chili (but I would spit out the beans). Nuggets and frostys are ok.

I did like it when they used to have the "salad bar" with chili and chips.

I forgot about their salad bar. It had tacos and all kinds of stuff. We would load up and eat there and then refill the plates and take them home. It was very popular at the time. I wonder why they did away with it?

The salad bar was great! I miss that thing. I they got rid of it because it just a mess to take care of in general.

We'll get Wendy's maybe once or twice a year, on a road trip a baked potato and salad is a great option. It is a quick and inexpensive "healthful" meal.

No dressing though and a bit of chives and sour cream on the potato.

Now....back in high school? Fries and a frosty like once a week!

Wendy's does good unsweetened brewed iced tea. But their spicy chicken sandwiches have gotten kind of mild, IMO.

I read a book about Dave Thomas (pretty good actually) and it mentioned that the triple patty hamburger was originally kind of a "joke", they didn't think anyone would actually order them. Turned out to be one of their most popular items.

Yeah Wendy's pulled the salad bar back in the mid 90s. I was in high school at the time and when we'd get out for half days I used to load some my friends up and drive over to Wendys!

I love their chili. That's my favorite from them.
