Scrambled eggs with Emmental and maybe some ham.
Grilled Cheese sandwich
Soup ( I always try to have some in the freezer)
Sardines on Toast
And of course simply pasta, especially with coriander ( cilantro) Pesto or even just a little olive oil and Parmesan

1 box of Mac & Cheese (the kind with the squeeze cheese)

1 head of broccoli

1 hot dog (chicken sausage preferable)

I am sure y'all can figure it out from there

This feeds me and my roomates, and absolves me from having to do dishes for several days.

Quicky week night spaghetti using sauce out of the jar.

I boil the spaghetti and get my 10 year old to brown the meat. Mix the meat and cooked spaghetti together, along with the sauce out of the jar. Sprinkle a little Italian seasonings, some parm cheese, and garlic power.

Another good lazy meal is a pack of ramen with tuna and cheese stirred in. I guess it's like faux tuna caserole.

Dump 1 can corn, 1 can black beans, and 1 can garbanzos into a colander and rinse well. (Add chopped olives, kidney beans, whatever, if you want.) Transfer to a big bowl. Add a handful of shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese, leftover chopped chicken or taco meat, and a bag of salad. Mix well with a little bit of Thousand Island dressing. The result is a completely inauthentic taco salad that takes 5 minutes to make and my whole family likes. My husband crunches some tortilla chips into his. I usually have all the ingredients on hand.

Another quick, filling meal is smoked salmon and Triscuits, but that's more of a lunch thing at my house.
