What do you "cook" when you don't feel like cooking?
My favorite lazy meal is "Bear Creek Tortilla Soup Mix" with a can of green chilis, a can of diced tomatoes, a couple of cans of beans, and some frozen corn. It takes a minute to open the cans and then I'm done with the hard work.

Can of black beans and half an onion diced; dump in a bowl and cook covered on high for 12 minutes. While it's cooking, fry up a frozen hamburger patty. Add the cut up patty, a 7oz can of Herdez chunky salsa, and a healthy slosh of Pico Pica hot sauce. Meal in a bowl. I never tire of it.

Laziest meal? Ramen! Boil and eat! But I also go with 12go's lazy meal. Just add white bread and relish.

Something premade to just pop in the oven or microwave - like pasta or rice in a bag or frozen fish sticks. One step above that would be just cooking something totally plain - plain chicken breasts or salmon on the grill or in the oven. I like plain food, it's what I grew up with (because my dad is allergic and intolerant to practically anything with flavor).
