I try not to make any noise clinking my utensils and plate.

I try to pace out everything, so there are always the same number of bites left of each item.

When using a patterned table cloth, I have to set my glass down exactly center within a part of the pattern.

I may exhibit some OCD behavior more in the form of excessive hand washing and such. Washing dishes too....eating not so much!

Ditto.

I always eat salad last. It's just so refreshing to my palate.

Hot food MUST be extremely hot. I have been known to send my food back 2 and 3 times for re-heating. At home I will often slip my plate into the microwave a couple times during the course of a meal. Drives me husband batty.

Instead of slathering the butter and pouring the syrup all over my pancakes and waffles, I put the butter and syrup on the side. I then take a bit of butter on the fork, stab a bite and dip it in the syrup. Everyone says "I've never seen someone eat pancakes/waffles like that before". But it prevents the pancakes or waffles from going soggy and falling apart - and the butter has more flavor when it's not melted. Of course I'll eat them the normal way too - but given a choice, I do it my way.

When making a burger the onions have to be on the side with mustard and the meat on the bun with the ketchup.

I only eat one thing at a time. If I'm eating saucy finger foods (i.e. fries, wings, ribs, etc) then I'll only use my right hand. I'll do almost anything to keep my other hand from getting dirty, and it's also why I only like the drumstick-type buffalo wings.
