I used to really like Ted Allen..boy has he gone downhill.
That Chopped show was a good concept but what poor execution. & he's just the announcer/host~Boring!!

I love Alton Brown. He's about the only one on Food Tv that I can still stomach. Granted, the skits are extremely lame. I guess they are there so that we are not bored to tears by his brilliance.
There is suppose to be some Alton Brown celebration, isn't there? Ten year anniversay. I always miss the "How to make Pizza Crust" one. I wonder if that is on You Tube. Hmmm...
