I'm going to have a big 'ol baked Beauregard sweet potato (1 1/4 lbs). With just butter and a bit of cinnamon. Just had to try this after reading the Life's Little Yummy Pleasures thread by LittleDolphin I often have a baked Idaho spud for a meal but have never tried a sweet.
Last year I had my first, never tried before cabbage, with much success thanks to help from this foodie forum. Perhaps sweet potatoes will be this years adventure
