Hot day here so it's barbeque weather. Lamb chops are marinating in dijon, lemon juice, white wine, garlic & rosemary. I'll make a Greek Salad to go with that. And we'll grill up some veggies - zukes, red peppers, onions and asparagus.

Default The Agenda - December 13 - 19

This week's dinner selections include, so far, just two definites: sausage tortelloni with cheese toast, and on another afternoon, chicken florentine. As for dinner later this afternoon, it'll be a Quizno's sub, probably their honey-bacon club. It's likely I'll be taking it light for a good chunk of the week, so possibly a few more fruits, vegetables, and oatmeal with raisins. Next week, I will have my Christmas preview.

Enjoy all of your food choices this coming week, and bon appetit!

Simple night!

Grilled cheese. We were supposed to have tomato soup with them... apparently I failed to put it on the grocery list because when I went into the cupboard to make it, there was none.. gah! So, we had some chips.
