We decided to go camping for Christmas, so I am cooking ahead and we are sampling...Beef roast done in crockpot for hot beef sandwiches, meatballs in BBQ and cranberry combo (the rest made into patties in the freezer), seafood dip, and a salad to kind of balance...so far...
