I haven't posted in here in about 5-6 weeks because my kitchen is completely torn apart!!! I can't even stand to come read what ya'll are eating because I'm jealous! lol I am SO sick of eating out and take-out!! UGH!!!

Looking forward to having my kitchen back to normal by the end of the week and I'm already planning my first few meals!!!

Took advantage of the increasingly attractive grocery home delivery again. Delivery's free with over $150 purchase But their vegetables are packed in larger sizes than I'm used to (3lbs carrots, etc with potatoes, onions, celery and so on). So I made a hearty brown stew which is resting on the stove and smells so good. Used to buy those frozen bags of "stew vegetables" but no more. Going to serve with Pillsbury Grands refrigerator biscuits

LOL! I'm sorry, but I know what you mean. Every time I come to this forum, I end up starving and envious!
