I cooked a lot this weekend but no leftovers tonight because my gf is in town on business again! I'll be taking her out to eat at Cheddar's, since we love the name. Last time we ended up in a seafood restaurant.

This weekend I made pot roast & mashed potatoes, and split-pea and ham soup, both of which will figure into dinners/lunches this week.

DH is on his own tonight, so I will predict 3 bowls of cereal for his dinner.

Need a break from cooking plus had a yearning for roast beef-so tonight:

Thin sliced (Boars Head) roast beef on toasted whole wheat heros-(all the inner dough removed.) Provolone, red onion, avocado, and a dab of mayo.
