I've been eating on the run the past few days because I was volunteering at a Christmas Homes Tour. The houses were beautiful and our turnout was fantastic. Tonight was Wendy's burger, fries and Coke.

Tonight is going to be a cold one. I'm going to make a baked potato topped w/ cottage cheese & green onion or Laura Ingalls Wilder's Onion Pie, depending how I feel tonight. I'll serve a green salad with either choice.
