Breakfast and lunch usually with water and tea... maybe coffee instead
Dinner with water, wine, or beer.

Breakfast=coffee

Lunch=water or hot tea in the winter months

Dinner=water most of the time. At restaurants it probably includes beer, wine or a mixed alcoholic beverage

Occasionally I'll have a diet Coke with a take out meal like pizza.

Water for sure. Sparkling for me, husband and 1 kid. The other kid prefers still water. Depending on the meal time, coffee with breakfast, occasionally oj if the craving strikes but that's pretty rare.

We buy sparkling water by the case. Actually we buy beer and wine by the case, too.

Lunch and dinner are also water and then beer or wine when possible/appropriate.

My kids only drink water in their Klean Kanteen at school (middle school & elementary) and at home. Occasionally a soda when we're out. Never juice or milk.

Water or tea. That is pretty much all I drink now. Maybe a Scotch or two or some wine or beer dining out or at a party once in a while.

I drink a lot of water. Usually tea in the morning to get started with breakfast and then depending on the day usually water with lunch, sometimes tea, sometimes wine. Always wine and water with diner. On weekends, sometimes mimosas with breakfast. But water throughout the day.

Too much sugar to use a flavored yogurt???
Something like this. Most, you probably have to buy it in an ethnic store.

The Berry Blast sounds good! Reminds me of the Starbucks tea. I like splenda in my tea as well.
