Spicy tortilla soup and baked potato soup are two of my favorite homemade soups. I also just recently tried a recipe I found for creamy tomato basil that is wonderful. It's a Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade recipe. So easy. So good.

I have to try this as I heard a lot about it, Pho, the Vietnamese beef noodle soup.

Today I made 6 qts of chili in my slow cooker, but I guess that's not soup!!!!

If we can throw in anything of a "soup like" consistency, I would choose:

Andouille sausage and alligator gumbo from South LA
New England clam chowder
Manhattan clam chowder
Italian wedding soup
French onion soup
Broccoli cheddar soup

Sorry, though I love each and everyone of those, I discovered a better one- from Norway. It's called Bergen Soup, named after the norwegian town it was invented in. No better, more inexpensive and tastier soup has ever been created. I found the recipe and process last year here:
