I'm going to visit my Dad and always take a pot of soup. I just made spicy lentil soup. If lentil soup is made right (spicy), I like it and with a lot of goodies in it.

My homemade lentil soup with sweet potatoes and spinach. Served with cornbread. Everybody loves it, even people who say they hate veggies!

I like the Italian Wedding with lots of Kale, also like the Zuppa Toscana that Olive Garden makes with the potatoes and sausage and chili flakes with greens in it.

Split pea, yellow or green, with ham or without, no bone necessary for me.

Potato soup w/ bacon and cheese on top.

Cheddar/broccoli, or cheddar soup, or broccoli/cauliflour soup.

Tomato basil soup.

Italian wedding soup.

Beef Barley.

Chicken stew - I do a couple different variations. A good one is Brunswick Stew that has lima beans and tomatoes in it. A close second in homemade fish chowder, made with haddock.
