Yes, i do.
I've done everything from artichoke to zuccini....but not lamb.
If it fits in the smoker you can smoke it.
Brisket, ribs, tri-tip, shrimp, salmon, tounge, chops, pulled pork, beans, just take what you like and smoke it.
