What gift would you like to receive for your kitchen this holiday season? I've been looking at immersion blenders and think I would like to have one. I have a tiny 1935 galley kitchen where every bit of space is taken, but could probably fit one of these hand held gadgets in. I have no "machines" other than a 70's vintage Sunbeam mixer (with the two beaters). Looks like the immersion blender would be good for making soups which I do frequently.

I really high end meat grinder/food processor. A juicer would be nice, too.

I bought a low end food processor at a Black Friday sale. So far, so good. But I really want to grind my own meats from cheaper cuts of beef, pork, and chicken!

I don't have a mandolin, but I do have a slicing attachment on my Kitchenaid mixer. I have a mini chopper, but I wouldn't mind a big food processor.
I think I would enjoy a wine fridge.
