What is on your menu this year?

Our small Seder will just be the three of us, so I won’t get too carried away cooking.

I am thinking of serving a main of tenderloin tips with horseradish sauce, fresh sautéed garlicky green beans, and mashed potatoes.

Of course there will be hard boiled eggs, matzo, and my favorite charoset made from Granny Smith apples, toasted walnuts, cinnamon, sugar, and a touch of wine.

I go big on the herbs dipped in salt water (a delicious dressing really!) and offer sliced radish, lettuce, parsley, carrot, and celery.
