Wild Mushrooms ( all varieties). I love all vegetables but honourable mentions go to Jerusalem Artichoke, Carrots ( raw and cooked), Puy lentils, Courgettes, Celeriac and Fennel.
Hmmm..hard one. I love almost all veggies. If I had to pick only one it would probably be tomatoes. Wait. Is that a fruit? LOL!
Tomatoes are fruits. They are my favorite fruit because they are so versatile. Besides being such a great ingredient in so many recipes, there is nothing like a fresh, fully ripened tomato right off the vine.
