Yep they expect 20 percent

I currently live in Vegas which is tip city, not sin city, and Starbucks baristas and Subway/McDonalds employees give the most awful look if you don't tip at LEAST a dollar.
I must be a sucker because I always end up at least throwing in a dollar worth of change for my 3.95 Machiatto lol. I mean I remember what it's like being a broke kid in a min. wage job..

I'd like to get a fast food worker's opinion on the matter though, Do you feel like you should get a 15-20 percent tip for quote unquote doing your job?? Inquiring minds would like to know!!
