Tonight I'm going to slice up some lamb fillets and dredge them in a bread crumb, flour, rosemary and tarragon mix. I'll then fry them in some olive oil and serve over egg noodles and green beans with a white wine and mint sauce.
ETA: I'll throw some roasted walnuts in there as well.
