I just pulled off a major coup. Pizza is on the way. Sometimes Plan B is just the thing.

New York Strips with grilled onions, baked redskin potato and french bread. Oh, not to forget the bottle of A1 we unloaded on the potatos.

Pork ragout simmered down to fall apart, but still brothy (is that a word), put over rice with a side salad and some sliced (buttered for me) French bread

A ham has been defrosted.

We will have baked ham and black eyed peas, with a green of some kind [scratches head].

Good morning Food Folk! (Perhaps that will less offend the guy that hates the word foodie? )

Last night's dinner was good. Had cereal and a big green salad.

Pickings are getting slimmer by the day, but I could defrost the last container of marinara and make some spaghetti topped with parmesan cheese for dinner. Still have some veggies in the crisper drawer too.

If that doesn't sound good, we'll have cereal night again.

I use to keep non fridge items in our locker at work like a small jar of peanut butter, crackers, granola bars. That would be more filling than chips for ya maybe.

Tonight will be the spaghetti I was cooking last night for sure this time.
