pork tenderloin, dry roasted with a nice au jus on a brown rice pilaf.....using mung bean sprouts, dried currents and pine nuts; Brussels sprout coleslaw with a yogurt and wasabi dressing, dessert was the last of a ginger ice cream we made a week ago.
Shrimp sauteed in olive oil with garlic and some herbs. Side of veggies. Was going to have this last night but didn't get around to it. My mouth is watering, just thinking about it!
