We had a roast with potatoes and carrots from the crock pot and a fresh baked loaf of bread from the bread machine.

Had a late lunch and since neither one of us is very hungry I didn't cook tonight. If we get hungry later we can always snack on some fruit or a bowl of cherrios and milk.

Hmmm. We went to a Peruvian restaurant. Broiled chicken and fries. I dunno, I was expecting something more, I guess. The chicken was wonderfully seasoned but stilll... It was delicious but still...

Are Peruvian fries similar to French fries? lol

Tonights dinner is a leftover Chicken Wrap from Beef O'Bradys. My husband wasn't hungry for dinner tonight.

WOW! I've missed a lot. Busy time in work, dinner's been pretty much take-out lately, some really good (local gyros) and some decidedly average (Chinese). Ribs and cole slaw tonight, sittng on the deck with a gin & tonic is dessert.

Hopefully next week's a little better and I can mess up the kitchen

Maybe that's why I've never heard of a Peruvian restaurant. I would expect more, too.
