Bean burritos with grated longhorn cheese and plenty of sliced jalapeños. Just found bottles of red and green taquería sauce I forgot were in the pantry.
Pan fried fish, Mustard greens, rice and tomato gravy. I'm taking maters into my own hands.
Fish is thawing. Going to override any vetoes tonight. Found fresh mustard greens (not the variety I really like but will make do). I may get brave and start the tomato gravy myself. A man must do what a man must do.
We just cleaned up the left overs, so I can make something new tomorrow!
