Barbeque chicken and green beans, made by my wonderful father. Well, I cooked the beans. Quite simple as they came from a can.

I should really learn to cook soon

Cold chicken pasta salad (in lieu of tuna-Hellman's recipe)

I made a plate of pasta and cheese sauce, which I made with queso fresco, mozzarella, and milk. Dumped the cooked pasta into the sauce, mixed it in the pot, plated it--and fell asleep.

So, when I woke up, THAT is what I had for dinner.

Some much for the Friday night buffet. That got put off until Sat Brunch. Grilled pepper jack cheese with dill pickles and soup. I didn't order the soup. No way. I've lost a lot of marbles but I know this is ice cream weather not soup weather.

DO NOT EAT ANY OF THESE FISH FROM OVERTHERE.
I was in the Seafood biz for over 20 years...and only only buy fish for the most part that you know are ok..
Research first.

Change in plans - no BBQ - instead pizza and chicken kickers from dominos.
