Towards the end of the week, I'll build up my craving for some Tex-Mex, because I'm long overdue with it, so I'll try to take care of that.

Have a great week with what you fix, and bon appetit!

Hope all goes well for you, case44!

All the food plans sound delicious!!

Tonight we are having chicken legs, oven roasted potatos and green beans.

Probably bake the chicken legs, or might coat them in a batter of flour baking soda and club soda and fry them in corn oil, not sure yet. Gotta go to the store later and pick up some more juice for me to drink since I ran out last night.

Been snacking all day long while watching football (when I wasn't napping ). Just going to continue to snack this evening including pimiento and chicken salad on buttery crackers. This empty nest thing is working out ok.
