Change of plan; went shopping and found myself in the posh supermarket that does wonderful Chinese and Thai food, and it was on special!

... so it's duck spring rolls & crispy shrimp with sweet chilli sauce, Thai fish cakes and a very classy veggie chow mein.

Yum yum yum yum yum.

Home made chicken soup from left over rotisserie chicken, which had lots of meat left on it. I put in Uncle Bens brown rice, spices, celery and a boullioun (sp?) cube. Probably need a sandwich or crusty bread with this.
