Ive had/tried many of the items mentioned inthe poll although not necessarily in the area that the OP has indicated within the poll. FlufferNutter was quite popular growing up in the NY area.
I’ve tried some of the spicy gumbo and jambalaya but not necessarily in the areas listed either.
Does the [thick] Deep Dish pizza at Uno’s in the WDC area count? Or other pizza chains count? Thick pizza in the grocery stores?

Have had chili any a time but hubby’s version, not living in the SW., or even Cinci., OH.

My Mom used to make boiled dinners but we grew up in NY. Mom was not from NE.
Tried hush puppies in various restaurants not just in the south. Same with Succotash.
Some of which was good or ok., others way too dried out.

Forgot to add: Maryland's crab cakes
Well, have to get a move on it. Take Care All. Later.

Uno is probably the only “real” one of those. Chicago pizza really is made like a pie, with a tall sidewall of crust and filled with ingredients more than it is topped.

Although I have to say, having had Uno At the original location in Chicago, and later visiting a franchise/regular chain Uno in Dallas, I think), I was a little bit disappointed in the quality at the latter place.
