I watched Dr. Oz last week and am trying one of his snacks: Apple slices stuffed with ricotta and topped with walnuts (he used almonds but I have walnuts). We shall see.

For those of you who asked, this snack was very good. Not my chocolate iced donut good, but still filling and healthy.
