I watched Dr. Oz last week and am trying one of his snacks: Apple slices stuffed with ricotta and topped with walnuts (he used almonds but I have walnuts). We shall see.
Is that good? To be honest, I can't remember the last time I had cooked cauliflower. Maybe if I cook it with some cheese topping, it will work.
Might be tasty but doing that takes away all the benefits. Kinda like oatmeal. Its good for you, yes, until you add a stick of butter and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
