Not really a snack, but a full-on dessert. I went to Cold Stone earlier tonight and got a chocolate lava cake, which is basically a brownie topped with French vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Talk about decadent!
Omigosh, if I had one of those, I'd feel like I died and went to heaven! I'm salivating, just thinking about it!

one of those Skinny Cow popsickles (did I spell that correctly?) First time I had tried one, it was pretty good.
I love the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, They are my favorite.
