Celery sticks with peanut butter, a banana, a granola bar and just now I had a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich.

I have to work this afternoon so I'm planning to take some peanuts and an apple with me to work.

Toasted Blue berry bagel with strawberry cream cheese spread and a hot cup of organic chai tea with a drop of honey and a dash of sugar! Yum
