I don't know if you'd consider this a snack but it's a nice treat in the middle of the day. Coffee with whipped cream and a sprinkle of my homemade gingerbread spice mix.

Here's a hint to brewing coffee that doesn't have a bitter taste. If you're using a standard brew coffee pot, meaning not a keurig, sprinkle salt on top of your coffee grounds before brewing. You won't taste the salt and it produces the absolute smoothest tasting coffee.
