Microwaved, not baked potato (great texture when a stand alone snack - basically steamed - don’t overcook!) drizzled with Ken’s blue cheese dressing, sprinkle of salt, Tabasco. My most streamlined 2 minute snack - tastes so good. You can add anything else yu want, too.

Okay, now I’m hungry. This is why I can’t watch cooking shows.


A snack from the past: a really good baguette, sharp cheddar cheese and fresh basil leaves. Sounds boring - dare anyone to try it and say that. Substitutes like crackers or another cheese - nope. Well, always experiment, but this combo shoots the moon. Discovered while on a romantic picnic, hence the simplicity. Oh my gosh… salivating.
