'free' key-tag Frosty, as usual. 1/2 Vanilla / 1/2 chocolate.

I consume 100's of free Frosties per yr.

Still hovering near HS weight (50 yrs later).

HS w-i-d-t-h? . Did we really have 24 inch waists?
Effect of Gravity, I guess

1200 calories/ day is my target (sometimes I miss the target). No carbs after 6pm. Salads, celery, dark green veggies.

Ice cream... As much and as often as possible
Make 5 qts homemade ice cream every Sunday evening.

Just made pecan bars from "Desserts for Two" cookbook, oh the lovely smell while they cool down

I've made several recipes from this author, Christina Lane, because with just 2 of us most dessert recipes are too much, meaning I'll EAT too much and gain 30 pounds in no time.
