Today I behaved. No snacks. Not by choice. Tomorrow's trip out will rectify the supply shortage.

Chocolate goodies in the on deck circle. 100 calorie packs. I think I going to be rationed as to how many I can have.

No rationing required. Remember, chocolate is health food! We will live longer and, of course, happier.

I have an apple in my lunch bag, but I wanted some protein, so I just ran to Salsarita's and got a bare chicken taco (no shell/tortilla), with black beans, pico, black olives, red onions, and lettuce. Yum! (About 170 calories, 13 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, and only 2 grams of fat...according to their nutrition guide.)

I'll save the apple for the drive home.

A small scoop of Friendly's french vanilla ice cream and 2 teaspoons of thawed strawberries. It was my dessert from lunch but it will have to keep me until dinner.
