It's suddenly become warm here and tomorrow is supposed to be in the 80s. So I made some dairy free ice cream thingies on a stick. Pretty much sugar free too--the recipe called for a banana, frozen strawberries, coconut milk, maple syrup (I cut down on the ms and used stevia instead)--blended it, and poured it into popsicle shaped molds. Now they're in the freezer for tomorrow. Except for the one I just ate.
If I weren't allergic to dairy products, I would just use cream instead--this is like a creamsicle but with strawberries.
