An angel wing cookie. Some people call them elephant ear cookies. The one I'm having is probably as big as an elephant ear lol

They're baked. The smaller ones are probably the "angel wings" and the big ones elephant ears. No matter what anyone calls them, they are flaky, sweet and messy lol
