I made two loaves of homemade whole wheat bread over the weekend, and a huge batch of black bean pineapple medium hot salsa, so for my snacks I have been eating thick sliced bread with salsa on top.

Banana goes so well with chocolate I will get one of those pudding cups and dip the banana in the pudding or slice a banana into a bowl of pudding.

Combination snack / pre breakfast.

Usually I never snack on anything when having coffee this early in the morning ( 1st couple hours of being awake )

But I skipped dinner last nite working late and then watching MNF so here I am this AM pretty hungry and all the little snacks are right next to me on my desk and here they are:

Small fistful of shredded parm cheese - small handful (dozen or so ) unsalted whole almonds - 3-4 triscuit crackers and about 8 Costco bought baked rice crackers ( parm cheese flavor ) Crunchmaster brand for those who are Costco regulars.

Seems carb heavy but actually not. The crunchy crackers and cheese are a nice combination and quick finger foods to hold me over for another couple hours until a legit late morning breakfast. Almost for sure to be either a couple scrambled eggs or a parm cheese omelet.

Cheddar horseradish kettle cooked chips. My co-workers probably hate me because it's really difficult to eat kettle cooked chips quietly lol

On the plus side, my sinuses are clear now
