Light Fat free strawberry yogurt with some flax granola. Yummy for the first couple bites... and then I have to force myself to eat the last half. (Oddly I can never enjoy an entire cup of yogurt, just the first few bites.)

Kroger had then on sale $1.77# last week I was thrilled...

A friend of mine made an apple pie with honey crisp apples & they said it was waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy too sweet. So if you make one...beware.
