Try some Venison sometime if it is prepared correctly it can be delicious. Lamb and veal are also good. Did you like the bread pudding? It is one of my favorites.

Rutabagas are delicious peeled, cubed, cooked in boiling, salted water, and then mashed. Serve with lots of butter, salt, and pepper. YUM! As for the rest of the things (except buttermilk in dressings and cornbread) forget it.

There are probably millions of things I haven't had before. The only thing that comes to mind is menudo and whatever that tongue mexican dish is. There are lots of teas I haven't had as I don't care for tea in general.

I'm rather suprised at how many common foods are named in this thread. You folks need to live a little!

There are many dishes/recipes I've never tried, but very few actual foods; a handful of exotic fruit varieties, brains and kidneys (someday) and testicles (prob never).

There are still a number of types of exotic game and other creatures I've never tasted, but I would if they were offered to me.

I have a rule about eating: Nothing cold-blooded: fish, seafood, snakes, snails, frogs, alligator, etc.

I'll eat just about any bird or mammal.

I had the opportunity to try sautéed chicken feet at an authentic Chinese restaurant. I passed.

I haven't tried much in the way of "Fair Food" - like deep-fried twinkies/ho hos/oreos/butter. Chocolate covered bacon.....that sort of stuff.

Some of your lists are so funny. I love some of those things! I've never had a Big Mac.
