I think coffee is a wonderful drink... the smell, the taste... etc. However some people are enslaved by coffee and it then becomes a mental thing for them if they don't have their coffee then they are not having as good a day as they could be, in their own minds.

My coffee tastes have changed over the years. Used to drink pots of brewed coffee.

Then switched to mostly espresso, and vanilla lattes. I didn't like much of what I drank out in the open market, except I was a fiend for a latte from Coffee People (founder died and Starbucks bought them out). I finally bought an espresso machine and I make my lattes and espressos very inexpensively now, compared to buying them (esp. because I like LOTS of extra shots of espresso in my lattes!).

Coffee doesn't have much, if any effect on me, so I can drink them any time of day or night. Okay, if I have >15 shots per day, I do talk a lot more and faster

I don't drink coffee that often. I have to have a taste for it. Then I will have a few cups and be done.

I also need to drink it with sugar and creamer. I can't do that black stuff. It tastes too strong to me.

I'm mostly a tea drinker, which I have several glasses of iced sweet tea daily and lots of hot tea during cold months. I have that with a little sugar or without any. There are so many flavors it really keeps it fun! My favorites are English Breakfast and Chocolate tea.

Love coffee every which way! Hot or cold and VERY strong is the way for me.

For heavy coffee drinkers though, it is a good idea to switch it up once and a while and have tea instead.

Count me in as another non-coffee drinker. As others have already mentioned, I love the smell but can't stand the taste. The only hot beverages I like are tea and hot cocoa.

I don't like coffee, but I do like Starbucks mocha Frappaccino. No straight coffee for me!

I've actually never even tasted coffee before, I had tea a couple of times but it's not for me. I love Hot Chocolate though. I always look like the oddball because sometimes I'll literaly be surrounded by people drinking coffee while I have a Mystic or a Snapple lol.
