If I wake up hungry, I usually roll over and go back to sleep. If I really need something, though, I'll get up and get small glass of milk.

There are always exceptions, though! Don't you just love exceptions? If I wake up hungry in the middle of the night (provided I don't have to work the next day), I'll get up and eat cold leftovers while watching an old black and white film. Preferably with Gregory Peck or Audrey Hepburn... or both! (Roman Holiday is never the wrong choice!)

Ok, I'm exhausted and going to bed. I won't be waking up at 3am to eat! (I usually get UP at 4am to get ready for work!)

But, in honor of all of you middle of the night eaters, I just finished munching on an English Muffin, spread with butter, melted asiago cheese, a light sprinkle of garlic powder and black pepper.

A lot of off topic or hijacking posts removed. Please name a FOOD or DRINK or don't post at all if you don't eat during the night. We also don't need posts about how weird people are or that they might have a medical condition if they eat in the night. And finally, we didn't ask about who, or what body parts you might grab.
