If the seafood is good, the less it's cooked the better. Steamed or grilled is just fine

ANd why to choose one when you could have it all

I think I love you. I love my seafood as simple as possible. Steamed , a little home made lemon mayonnaise and some fresh Artisan breads. The simpler the better.

have you ever been to NW Spain? It's considered the best seafood in the world. And I wholeheartedly agree

Lobster, red snapper, orange roughy, swordfish, tunas, shrimp, most scallops, crab of any kind, squid (gently fried in butter until just barely done). Oysters in a rich buttery soup with cream, celery and dill, just barely done. Mussels - I used to gather them at a beach, and just put them on a grill with a small fire going. When they popped open from the heat, I ate them - sometimes they were too sandy or full of seaweed, but other times they were exquisite.

Oh, Vita herring in sour cream or in wine sauce. I could eat pounds of that if I afford them, and if my body could handle the salt overload.

Smoked eels. If we include freshwater fish, I love catfish. Trout is great other than the fine bones that always get stuck in my throat.

If it comes from the water it is my favorite, I don't really care which it is. Oh, I guess my very favorite would have to be good crab legs (you notice I say good) crab legs that are sweet, not salty or tasteless are hard to find unless you live on the coast. Salmon would be at the top of my list and it is the one fish I don't think loses much in the freezing process. So, bring on the fish, from the sea or the lake and I am ready. Like has been mentioned, don't overcook it (still moist will not kill you) and keep it simple, poached or grilled is the best.

I love seafood - my favorite food! My top favorite is king crab, followed by any other crab. I love salmon also, especially oak grilled or cedar planked! Love all kinds of fish like trout, flounder and catfish and I love lobster, too! Mmmm-mmm, I could easily live without many other things, but not my seafood!

Lobster, crabs, shrimp, scallops, clams, salmon, tuna, squid, fish,...

I can't do raw. They have to at least be steamed, broiled or grilled.
Love a little melted butter, lemon (maybe even lime), some tartar sauce and/or cocktail sauce on the side.

No tartar sause, that is for kids. No raw, I agree, I have eaten raw oysters, but only after too much wine I think. Steamed is fine, so is pickled, like hering, just not completely raw.

I love all seafood. It doesn't matter to me how it's cooked. I'd have to say clam is my favorite. Grilled, steamed, in soup and especially fried. Mmmmmmm
