Always a big fan of battered and fried veggies of all kinds, but acid reflux in response to deep fried stuff has curbed that craving...not worth the discomfort afterward.

In Wisconsin, a lot of bars have a chicken broaster. When passing through, I usually look for a small town tavern that has a broaster sign. Taverns are easy to find in Wisconsin (but they don't all have broasters). Like frozen custard, it's a ubiquitous Wisconsin specialty.
