I frequent my local panera bread at least once a week. I typically go for the Chicken Bacon Dijon panini. When I walked in today, I saw a completely redesigned menu. I searched frantically for my panini. They won't be making chicken bacon dijon sandwiches anymore!!!
I would greatly appreciate anyone sharing the recipe for this panini. I'm completely bummed about this.

They change their menu every season, taking things off and putting things on. They'll probably bring it back eventually.

I brought a Panera menu home last weekend. After a dilligent search of it all I find is a similar turkey panini. I'll try it but the chicken would have been oh so me.

They change their menu every few months. After the summer months, I'm sure it'll be back.

I'm still mad about them taking away their sunflower seed bread and changing their chicken salad.
