Always put tons of black pepper in my cottage cheese, and sometimes some hot sauce too.

Cottage cheese and pepper-perfect together. I also love it with avocado and garlic powder; salsa; raw chopped onion and tomatoes; and yes ketchup.

It's my favorite! Learned it from my dad when he went lowfat and ate cottage cheese and pepper instead of salad dressing every day. Soooo good. My husband thinks I'm nuts.

I'll one-up you on the weird factor. My dad and I both like cottage cheese with ketchup.

I love my cottage cheese with S&P and MAYO

It's super easy to make, and you can adjust to your own taste. Take some cottage cheese, stir in Hungarian paprika, cracked pepper, salt, ground cumin, finely chopped onion, and some sour cream. At least, that's the recipe I usually use. I never measure anything - I just add the ingredients in until it looks right.

One of my Dad's favorites was cottage cheese and corn relish. It is actually quite good!

My favorite is serving it with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, with both salt and pepper.

On the other hand, I find it absolutely gross served with fruit!

We like salt and pepper on ours. What's really good is ketchup and mayo mixed together on it (I guess that's basically Thousand Island)
